Description

The length nad potential amount of the resulting fixed-priced, IDIQ ordering contact is extended to 5-years, not-to exceed $350,000.00. The Response Date for this solicitation is also extended to 3:00 pm Central Time on October 17, 2017. Testing samples are due to the address listed in the solicitation at the same time. The folllowing clauses are also updated: 52.216-18 Ordering (Oct 1995) (a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from date of award through 5 years. (b) All delivery orders or task orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of conflict between a delivery order or task order and this contract, the contract shall control. (c) If mailed, a delivery order or task order is considered "issued" when the Government deposits the order in the mail. Orders may be issued orally, by facsimile, or by electronic commerce methods only if authorized in the Schedule. 452.216-73 Minimum and Maximum Contract Amounts (FEB 1988) During the period specified in FAR clause 52.216-18, ORDERING, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of 50 bags. The maximum not-to-exceed contract amount is $350,000.
