This solicitation is issued by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 in support of the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System requirement for semi-annual window cleaning. This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SDVOSB firm must be registered and verified in vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the award of the contract.
