- Subject: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT This notification is to announce the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA intent to issue a single source contract modification to Northrop Grumman Technical Solutions, Inc. for continuation of the Mission Command Training Program Support Services contract in accordance 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. The MICC - Eustis intends to issue a single source modification for one 6 month period, with another 6 month option period to serve as a bridging action from the current contract to a competitive award currently under source selection. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This action will result in a modification to a "bridge" contract to extend contract services which is necessary to allow for continuity of critical contractor services until a competitive contract is awarded. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted. However, inquiries or concerns must be addressed in writing to shaina.s.mckeel.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 am EDT on 10 October 2017. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The signed and redacted Justification and Approval along with modification number will be posted at a later date.
