Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 10 Contracting Office, Indianapolis, IN in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) (soliciting from a single source) intends to negotiate on a single source basis a delivery order with Beckman Coulter, Brea, CA to provide iQ200 Urine Chemistry analyzer and Iricell 2000 Microscopy analyzer cost-per-test supplies, consumables, and maintenance services for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirement. NAICS Code is 334516, and Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitations, or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. However, any qualified vendor that determines it can meet the government s requirement may give written notification through email to the Contract Specialist, Erik Fallo erik.fallo@va.gov, by October 5, 2017, 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements at no cost or obligation to the government; however, the information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, the VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana will proceed to sole source this requirement.
