- Limited source for justification and authority The contractor will be responsible to provide continuously updated commercial property information (e.g., rental rates, sales data, transactional data, property location, operating expenses, rent projections, vacancy rates, etc.) for major markets across the country. The contractor will also provide more focused real estate market reports including: accurate forecasts about supply and demand, rent and vacancy rates, as well as demographic and economic information for over 80 metropolitan markets throughout the United States. CBRE-EA will provide quarterly forecasts on real estate fundamentals and capital markets across five property types including: •• Quarterly Updates to National Overview and Outlook, which provides "one-stop" access to timely, accurate forecasts, customized reporting and analysis on real estate fundamentals and capital markets across the United States and Canada. Using CBRE EA Outlook, GSA will be able to optimize investment decisions, identify buy/sell opportunities, develop leasing strategies and more, across five property types with sub-market detail. •• Access must be provided to the contractor's area of the website containing the national market data •• On site and web-based training •• On-going access to the contractor's research team including Economists & Analysts •• Access to the Investment Outlook Reports •• Quarterly conference calls with research team •• Access to Mapmatics, a geographic data mapping program •• Access to Peer Select which provides interactive access to competitive rent, vacancy, absorption and historical trend analysis for a peer set of assets within a stated geographic area. Aggregated building level statistics provide the ability to compare and map like-asset performance to the surrounding market area. Access to the contractor's website containing the information will be provided over the internet to a list of designated GSA employees who obtain access to CBRE-EA through this contract via individual logins and passwords.
