- Description
- Army Contracting Command Warren intends to award a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with three one-year ordering periods. This action will be on a limited source basis to either DOK-ING, Zagreb, Croatia or Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Tanner, AL. The proposed action will acquire services to diagnose, repair, and test M160 Operational Control Units (OCUs) and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only two sources under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). For possible future requirements, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
