This acquisition is for an Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price contract. FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The proposed procurement is for a 3 year base period with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an all or none basis per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency the offeror MUST provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation with their initial offer. The Government intends to utilize Reverse Auction as a a negotiation tool with those offers that are within the competitive range. All prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
