THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. IT HAS YET TO BE DETERMINED WHETHER THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO A FUTURE FORMAL SOLICITATION. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH), Regional Contracting Department requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing services on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor must be a certified SIMRAD installer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210 and the Small Business Standard is $15M. The Product Service Code is N020. The purpose of the sources sought is to gather company data from interested parties to support the contract specialist in the development of an acquisition strategy. If your company can provide the services on the attached PWS, please provide the following information electronically to jimmie.toloumu@navy.mil by no later than 0900 Hawaiian Standard Time on 17 October 2017. Any questions to this sources sought must be submitted by 0900 Hawaiian Standard Time on 16 October 2017. Questions received after this deadline will not be considered. 1.
