Oklahoma City, OK (6OK0124) - Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Oklahoma City:Oklahoma City Delineated Area:South: S.W. 29th Street West: N. Council Road North: N.W. 36th Street East: N. Portland Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):7,852 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):7,852 Space Type:Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):On-site parking spaces as required by local code, but not less than two (2) spaces. Parking Spaces (Reserved):2 Parking Spaces: (Surface):To Local Code Full Term:15 Years Firm Term:10 Years Additional Requirements: •The building shall be a warehouse of masonry (brick or concrete block) construction and shall be climate controlled. •The location must not be in the immediate vicinity of any potential environmental threats such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, or other similar uses. •On-site parking spaces as required by local codes, but not less than two (2) spaces. •A fully serviced lease is required. •Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. •The building shall be climate controlled (Heating and Cooling) and protected with an automatic fire suppression system throughout. •Offered space must include at least one (1) rollup door. •All space shall be contiguous and shall be located at ground level. Below grade or basement space will not be considered. Facilities with crawl spaces or attics will not be considered. •The Government will provide and install an access control system for the space. The Lessor shall incorporate the government's access control system requirements during installation of the roll-up door(s) to ensure a complete and proper working system. Expression of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: (1)Name of owner; (2)Age of building; (3)Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; (4)Site plan depicting the building and parking; (5)Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; (6)Identification of on-site parking; (7)Address or described location of building; (8)Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; (9)FEMA map evidencing that the property lies outside the 100-year floodplain; (10)Evidence of ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; and (11)Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building.
