Description

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform the public of the VA s INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE the following: TO PROVIDE SERVICE/MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR THE MAS RALS PLUS SOFTWARE INTERFACE FOR THE ABBOTT I-STAT ANALYSER AT THE BUFFALO SITE ONLY. Base year plus four one year option renewals CONTRACT ENDING 9/30/2022, Expiring CONTRACT# VA528-13-C-0019. The unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: The RALS interface is patented and no substitutions will suffice. This procurement will be for a base year ($9,423.90) plus four one year options ($9,423.90 each year) for a total of $47,119.50.
