Description
Wage Determination for RFP package--Grounds Maintenance services for the medical facilities at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. Bid Schedule for RFP package--Grounds Maintenance services for the medical facilities at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. Solicitation for Grounds Maintenance services for the medical facilities at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. This is a notice for the AbilityOne program issued by the 502d Contracting Squadron for grounds maintenance services. This is not a solicitation; the exception not to synopsize is prescribed by FAR 5.202(a)(4) and meets the statutory requirements guided by FAR 6.302-5, since this approach does not require a full and open competition. The designated participating nonprofit agency is capable of providing the services declared herein. AbilityOne is a MANDATORY SOURCE vendor as defined by FAR part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services and FAR 8.704, Acquisition from Nonprofit Agencies Employing People who are Blind or Severely Disabled. In consideration of the acquisition approach above, FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR part 37, Service Contracting, and FAR part 8.7 shall be appropriate to accomplish a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance consist of a 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option periods from the date of award. This acquisition is required to be solicited as a total AbilityOne set-aside. The Government has a requirement to perform grounds maintenance services at various designated areas on three (3) separate military installations or annexes comprising of Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. The designated medical facilities are listed in Attachment-A of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) by building numbers and total acres. Each facility is located in the vicinity of Fort Sam Houston, the San Antonio Military Medical Center and the Taylor Burk Health Clinic, Camp Bullis. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561730 - Landscaping Services with a small business standard size of $7.5 million..
