Project Details : DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division currently has a requirement for the tooling and equipment to support the WFL Millturn (Model Number M120/3000 Serial Number: 28517301) in accordance with the attached product description VIBB 16-20-1208 dated 21 June 2017. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this procurement is 333515. Intent to Sole Source : DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract source contract to WFL Millturn Technologies Inc. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than October 31, 2017. Interested parties : If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. [Note: In accordance with FAR 10.001(b), agencies should not request potential sources to submit more than the minimum information necessary.] Place of performance : Place of performance is at the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Jacksonville, FL. Response Details : Responses should not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10 inch pages with a font that is no smaller than point as this is not a request for proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor's capability to perform the requirement. Means of Delivery: U.S. Mail or emails are both acceptable. Large files (>15MB) may not be receivable thru email and should be mailed. DLA Aviation utilizes Microsoft Office 2010/2016.
