- BPA Amendment 01 ****This solicitation response date has been extended to 22 November 2017.**** 38 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for awarding Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for an effective ordering period of up to ten years in order to, on an as needed basis, acquire local telephone exchange services for smaller sites within the Air Force (AF), including Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force Reserves and other remote sites. 38 CONS/LGCB intends to negotiate multiple BPAs with qualified sources in order to competitively award CSAs for local exchange services. The Place of Performance is throughout all 50 states, and includes the specific sites mentioned in the Site Locations attachment. Vendors are encouraged to submit pricing for the maximum area of geographic coverage as is possible, using the Pricing Schedule attached.
