Description
Notice of Intent to Award on an Other Than Full and Open Competition Basis Contract Number: W15P7T-06-D-E402 TO 0148 Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Space & Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD) intends to extend the Period of Performance and increase the ceiling for W15P7T-06-D-E402 Task Order (TO) 0148 awarded to CACI Technologies, Inc. for continued support of a variety of tri-service Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems prototyping and prototype systems integration programs. GENERAL INFORMATION: Under this TO, CACI provides support to the following S&TCD divisions: Antennas and Spectrum Analysis (ASA), Cyber Security / Information Assurance (CSIA), Office of the Director (DIR), Satellite communications (SATCOM), Systems, Engineering, Architecture, Modeling and Simulation (SEAMS) and Tactical Communications (TCD). SCOPE OF WORK: This TO is a non-personal services contract that provides expertise in the areas of Program/Project management, Engineering, Hardware/Software, Telecommunications, Training, Administrative and Logistics Support. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider performing services within the PWS. This action will result in a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee extension for an additional nine (9) months (28 December 2017 through 29 September 2018). This announcement is in accordance with FAR Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), point of contact is: Ms. Melissa Bettinger Contract Specialist (443) 861- 4616 melissa.a.bettinger.civ@mail.mil The email subject line shall state: "W15P7T-06-D-E402 0148 Notice of Intent." Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten (10) days after date of publication (NLT 27 October 2017, 4:00 pm EDT) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The effective start date shall be 28 December 2017. No additional time will be granted to ramp up efforts. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone requests will be honored.
