- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The Purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding Level B Cardiovascular Exam Services: Stress, Echo, Nuclear, and Myocardinal Perfusion Testing Services. This requirement is limited to the Fort Lee, VA area because it supports the Civilian Police Officers and Security Guards serving in the surrounding areas of Fort Lee, Fort A.P. Hill, Rivanna Station and Radford. The potential contract will be a firm-fixed price service agreement consisting of a base with four 12-month option periods. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought Notice or any follow-up information requests. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform this service, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Interested parties should submit notice of ability to perform the above listed services via email to: gwendolyn.p.bridges.civ@mail.mil no later than 25 October 2017, 4:00 pm EST. In your response indicate whether you are a small business under NAICS 62111 with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY REGIONAL HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE - ATLANTIC WITH THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
