Government First Article Testing, Export Control and Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements Apply. The Approved Source is Armtec Countermeasures Cages 3DU30/7L547. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
