Description
(Amend #1, 10/23/17): Amending the RFI and Industry Announcement original post below with the following attached 3 documents: (1)Attendee List, (2) Lead Briefing PowerPoint AND(3)Transcript from Industry Day. ** IMPORTANT NOTE ** 1 - Date for submission to RFI below is past and Industry day is completed. 2 - No further information is available regarding the upcoming solicitation; therefore, please continue to follow the FBO for further developments of the solicitation to be posted this FY18. *******Original Post *************************************************** Industry is requested to review the attached DRAFT PWS and provide comments/feedback that will assist the program office in refining its requirement. In doing so, Respondents are required to address the following: 1. Submit any questions /clarifications and/or concerns regarding the PWS. 2. Respondents are required to identify their socio-economic size status and NAICS code. 3. Respondents are required to identify if they have a GSA Schedule contract, if so, provide the GSA Schedule contract # and all Specialty Item Numbers (SINs) associated to the contract. Respondents are encouraged to include additional comments/information considered to be appropriate and useful in assisting the program office in refining the PWS task requirements. Information provided in response to this RFI is submitted voluntarily and is not being requested as part of a solicitation for actual pricing. If respondents elect to provide a ROM, the Government SHALL NOT be accountable or held liable for any associated costs. Any and all expenses incurred for this purpose shall be the full responsibility of the RFI respondent. HOW TO RESPOND: Submit responses to: Contracting Officer Kevin Alexander (Alexander.Kevin.D@dol.gov) not later than required date and time specified in this RFI. Responses shall not exceed 15 pages, not including the cover page and or table of contents. DOL-VETS is seeking industry to assist in identifying issues and/or concerns regarding the PWS. DOL-VETS request that potential questions/concerns be identified in the RFI response. No classified or proprietary information should be included in the RFI response. DISCLAIMER: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal Solicitation for proposals. Responses to this RFI notice will be treated as information only; they do not constitute offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. RFI responses will not be returned; neither will Respondents be notified of the Government's evaluation of the information received. Respondents are advised that DOL is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI.
