THIS IS A PRESOLISITATION NOTICE The VA HCS Oklahoma City intends to release Solicitation 36C25918R0036. The purpose of this requirement is to he project is to renovate the existing Cardiac Catheterization Lab Suite (Cath Lab) 1 & 2 approximately 3,000 square feet at VA HCS Oklahoma City. The VA will turn Cath Lab # 1&2 over to contractor after Cath Lab # 3 and Modular Cath Lab are in operation. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after November 2nd, 2017. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $36.5M. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Any SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing by email- aldo.girany@va.gov (preferred). Magnitude is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00
