- Fillable Version Wage Determination Emergency Control Fire Plan Location Map SF 1449 Continued Pg 3_36 SF 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items Pg 1_2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. See attached solicitation and attachments. DESCRIPTION OF WORK – The US Forest Service has a requirement for routine janitorial services (toilet facilities cleaning) to include management, supervision, personnel, transportation, labor, equipment, and supplies to clean the toilet facilities located in the areas listed in the schedule of items and shown on the vicinity map. START DATE: Work on the resulting contract will start 01 December 2017. LOCATION : San Isabel National Forest, Salida Ranger District, Chaffee County, Colorado. SCHEDULED SITE VISIT : NONE Only Email submissions of proposals will be accepted. See Solicitation Section “INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, and NOTICES to OFFERORS OR RESPONDENTS” Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7 and 52.212-1(k). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Questions must be received No Later than 07 November 2017 @ 2:00 pm Mountain. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both the technical representative Ben Lara blara@fs.fed.us and the Contract Specialist Ida Marino at idamarino@fs.fed.us This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
