THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The VA Illiana Health Care System has a need for multiple Defibrillator Units. The AED Plus with AED Cover devices are needed to be able to provide cardiac shock therapy and CPR Help to assist the medical facility with emergencies and direct patient care. Specifications/salient characteristics: AED Plus with AED Cover Includes: LCD screen showing voice prompt messages device advisory messages elapsed time shock count and chest compression bar Public Safety PASS Cover, Softcase, Operator's Guide five-year (5) limited warranty. Lithium Batteries CPR-D padz with: one piece electrode pad with Real CPR Helpr, supplied with: gloves barrier mask scissors razor wet wipe and dry wipe Five-year (5) shelf-life. Pedi padzr II Pediatric Multi-Function Electrodes 24-month shelf-life All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
