Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Little Rock, AR intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price delivery order in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, limiting sources with Olympus America, Inc., 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034. This procurement is for the lease of GI Video scopes and other necessary suppliees to include full service and maintenance. The term of the contract shall be for a base year plus 2 one-year options and includes equipment trade-in. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to Sheila Reed at Sheila.reed@va.gov. Include the following in the email subject line: GI Scope Lease Notice. Responses must be received by 12:00pm (central), Thursday, October 26, 2017. There is no solicitation currently available. All information is to be provided on a voluntary basis and at no charge to the Government. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
