- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential Vendor Information Pages (VIP) Verified (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Business (VOSB) sources which can provide the following equipment: Description: Medivator Annual PM Kits Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment for Advantage Plus Annual PM Kits. Medivator Advantage Plus 2.0 endoscopic preprocessors require annual preventive maintenance that requires replacement of multiple components. These components are obtainable in kits through Minntech Corporation under the following part numbers: 78400-776 Advantage Plus Annual PM Kit 4 Each 78401-272 Annual Compressor PM Kit 4 Each (Seattle has four units) Each kit should / is comprised of the following components necessary to complete the preventive maintenance: 78400-776 Advantage Plus Annual PM Kit Channel Pump Qty 2 Spray Arm Pump Qty 2 Elevator Pump Diaphragm Qty 2 Alcohol & Detergent Pump Head Qty 2 Dosing Supply Check Valves Qty 4 Sample Port (O-ring/Spring/Poppet) Qty 2 Spray Arm (O-ring/Gasket/Lid Gasket) Qty 2 Spray Head Qty 2 Alcohol & Detergent Check Valves Qty 2 Basin Connector O-rings Qty 16 Basin Drain Filter Qty 2 Air Filter Qty 4 78401-272 Annual Compressor PM Kit Air Intake Filters Qty 2 5-micron Filter & O-ring Qty1 Check Valve Qty 1 Potential SD/VOSB s having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Dan Salvesen at daniel.salvesen@va.gov no later than October 27, 2017 12:00 MST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether system is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Codes 339113 and/or 339112 are applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Dan Salvesen via e-mail. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time.
