- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) - Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami, in support of USSOUTHCOM, announces the anticipated release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following requirement: The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is hosting the Human Rights Initiative 20th Anniversary Conference in Washington, D.C. and requires Lodging, Conference Room, Administrative Room, Interview Room, Meals, and Coffee Breaks. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance for this requirement is from 10 December 2017 to 13 December 2017. The place of performance shall be located in downtown Washington, DC, within a square geographical area, north of Constitution Avenue NW, south of P Street NW/Dupont Circle, east of 23rd Street NW, and west of 6th Street NW. The complete solicitation with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is anticipated to be released on or about 26 October 2017, with a closing date on or around 01 November 2017. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirement. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation will be considered.
