- Transmissions Market Survey The purpose of this market survey is to assess industry capability in providing transmission hardware, Transmission Control Modules (TCM), Shift Towers, Cable Assemblies, and Systems Technical Support (STS) services for the common transmission for the Bradley Fighting Vehicles System (BFVS), Paladin Integrated Management (PIM) Vehicle, Armored Multipurpose Vehicle (AMPV), and Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) platforms. Services will include support for production and STS related to the HMPT Series transmission. This will include transmission support for the increased horsepower needed on the Bradley and PIM vehicles, specifically the HMPT 800 and the improved braking performance transmission, the HMPT 800B.
