Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to Sole Source the below products as they are the only manufacturer that makes these products. MEDTRONIC USA, Inc. 700 CENTRAL AVENUE NE MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55432 (800) 328-9634 Products: P/N 977A260, Lead P/N 97715, Intellis INS P/N 97745, Patient Controller P/N 97755, Patient Recharger P/N 97725, Wireless External Stimulator P/N 97792, Injex Bi-Wing Anchor Medtronic was chosen for the product as they are the only spinal cord stimulator manufacturer who provides a non-rechargeable wireless and Bluetooth controlled IP and is the only upgradeable system through software upgrades not requiring surgical intervention. The required products are not available through distributors. Medtronic USA, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and products are sold directly to the end users. Each physician in the pain clinic uses the product for specialty pain patients. All responses will be received no later than 26 October 2017 at 11:00 AM EST.
