Description

PAST PERFORMANCE FORM CREDIT RELEASE FORM ACH FORM PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SF1449, SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2233-18 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The 2012 North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is unrestricted. The small business size standard for this solicitation is 1000 employees. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year with four one-year option periods if exercised firm-fixed-price Requirements type contract.
