Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina 27705, will be soliciting for a temporary emergency elevator maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to provide emergency elevator maintenance services. A request for quote, 36C24618Q0076, will be issued on or about October 26, 2017 via the FedBizOpps website https://www.fbo.gov The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is November 6, 2017 (or date of award) through January 31, 2018 for the three (3) month base period, with three (3) one (1) month renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small disable veteran own small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in. 1: The SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. 2: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be registered and verified in VetBiz. Vendors can access VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov/ The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5 Million.
