- Attachment A - Room Specifications for Temp-27XX Temporary Facility Program Attachment C - Base Civil Engineering Requirements for Temp-27XX Temporary Facility Program Draft Statement of Work for Temp-27XX Temporary Facility Program Request for Information for Temp-27XX Temporary Facility Program Notification of Industry Day and Request for Information (RFI) for the procurement of a temporary facility in support of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program at Hill AFB, Utah. Please note that industry day will take place on the 7th and 8th of November 2017. If you plan to attend industry day you must contact the POC associated with this announcement no later than 3 November 2017. See attachment for full details. Written responses to this RFI will be accepted until 9:00 AM Mountain time on 16 November 2017. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes-it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the U.S. Air Force (USAF) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
