- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG-NCD), has a sole source requirement on behalf of the Naval Medical Logistics Command - Operational Forces Directorate. This acquisition is for critical supplies in support of the USNS Comfort's humanitarian mission in Puerto Rico. An Alaris Pump, Pump Syringe and Software are needed immediately on board this ship.
