Description
DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 13 November 2017, for the following spare that supports the UH-60 A/L Utility helicopter. C-12712 Control Unit, NSN: 6605-15-012-8776, part number: 765200-200. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one five-year base period and no option periods will be awarded. The NAICS code for this item is 334511. The competition procedures for this RFP will be issued using Full and Open after the exclusion of sources, FAR 6.203. Furthermore, based on market research, the Government will use the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, in its solicitation for this spare. Approved Source: Northrup Grumman Italia, NGI (CAGE A3379). The estimated value for each year of the contract is $842,963.00. The estimate is provided for planning purposes only and does not represent a guarantee by the government. A guaranteed minimum will be provided for year one (1) of the contract only and will be issued with the first delivery order. Delivery is to the DLA distribution facility in New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This RFP will be not set-aside for small business. F.O.B.: Destination Inspection & Acceptance Point: Origin. This procurement is being managed through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through FBO.
