Description

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) has a request for quote for diagnostic medical physics support for the Radiology Equipment services. Description of Services: The RFQ# is 36C252-18-Q-0017 for providing the services of on-site diagnostic medical physics support for the Radiology Equipment located at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital 5000 S. 5th Ave Hines, IL 60141 and the VA Joliet Outpatient Clinic located at 1201 Eagle Street, Joliet, IL. This procurement is set aside for a 100% Small Business set-aside concern. Using NAICS Code 541690 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting) with a size standard of $15M; and Product Code H965 (Inspection of Medical, Dental Equipment). This is a base year with four (4) option year s contract for commercial services. All responsible offerors may submit an offer for this requirement. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov on or before October 16, 2017. All service disabled veteran owned small business must be CVE registered. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals will be due November 16, 2017 by 1:00 P.M. CST.
