- Page 1 of 1 Presolicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for an existing commercial off the shelf web based, Point of Care Clinical Knowledge Product that will be made available to unlimited number of users in the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center and its six associated Community Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). This acquisition shall be Unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 519130. The size standard is 1,000 employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on October 27, 2017 with a deadline of November 1, 2017 No Later Than (NLT) 10:00 AM CDT. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number 36C25518Q0060 Online Point of Care in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. Vendors can demonstrate their product on 10/31/2017. The Point of Contact (POC) for the appointment is listed on the RFQ. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) must have a Verified status in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/). Non-VIP verified firms will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award.
