- SYNOPSIS Title: Administrative and Clerical Support, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) Product or Service Code: R799 NAICS Code: 561110 This is a preliminary pre-solicitation synopsis. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX. intends to issue a non-personnel service solicitation to provide Five (5) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel for Administrative and Clerical Suport to perform a variety of day-to-day functions of the Medical Education Training Campus (METC) Current Operations Section. The contractor shall provide the Government the following FTE personnel: 5 FTE - Administrative and Clerical Support personnel to perform a variety of day-to-day functions of the METC Current Operations Section. The contractor shall execute a variety of administrative/clerical duties requiring knowledge and an understanding of the organization programs and procedures related to the work in the Current Operations Section. The contractor shall perform tasks which include but not limited to: all administrative functions and support matters related to plans and programs, task management coordination, emergency management, safety and security policies for personnel and facilities throughout the campus. The contractor shall gather, organize and analyze data, develop information and consider available solution or alternative methods of proceeding that minimizes risk to METC personnel and facilities to the greatest extent possible. Conduct operational accountability and effectiveness review of assigned facilities to ensure benchmarks are being implemented and maintained as required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561110 Administrative and Clerical Support with a small business size of $7,500,000.00. The applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R799. The resulting contract will be a 100% Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set Aside. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government anticipates issuance of Solicitation (FA3016-18-R-0012) on or about 25 November 2017. The Period of Performance (POP) is Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Any information related to solicitation will be available only via the Government Point of Entry, Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov is mandatory in order for a contract to be awarded. NOTE: The government will not entertain questions regarding this acquisition until issuance of the solicitation
