- Amendment 0002 - SPRDL1-17-R-0337 DLA Land Warren is soliciting for the following item: Borescope, NSN: 6650-01-063-0035, P/N: 11584701/19206, Quantity: 80 each plus 100% option, FOB: Destination, and Packaging: Military B. This end item is for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. This is a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this item contains purchased parts. Refer to the product drawing(s) for details. A First Article Test (FAT) is required for this item. FAT Waiver will not be considered. The solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at: https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to: dla.detroit.tacom.mbx.land-wrn-reverse-auction@mail.mil. The contractor specialist released the solicitation to the web on 17 JUL 2017. See the solicitation for actual closing date. The solicitation can be downloaded from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Amendment 0001 increased the quantity by 50 each, from 30 each to 80 each on both CLIN 0001AA and CLIN 0002AA. The closing date is extended from 16 AUG 2017 to 15 SEP 2017. See attached amendment for more information. Amendment 0002 added to procurement solicitation. Removed Small Business Set-Aside and extended closing to 01 December 2017.
