- General: The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described as follows: The Work includes all items required to provide and install six handicap accessible automatic door openers and four handicap door actuator buttons. Existing doors can either be rehabilitated and reused or replaced with comparable doors with same appearance and security rating. The site location is Wilson ¿s Creek National Battlefield, 6424 West Farm Rd 182, Republic, Missouri. Solicitation Number 140P6218Q0004. The offeror selected shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project. Type of Acquisition: A quotation with a firm-fixed price contract to be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical, past performance, experience and price to determine the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the government. The NAICS code for this project is 238290 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the estimated price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is advertised as a Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on www.fbo.com or https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm on or about 1 November 2017.
