- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS TRIENNIAL POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INSECTION SERVICES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Lexington VA Medical Center, Engineering Dept., located at 2250 Leestown Rd, Lexington, KY40511. The Engineering Dept. needs a contract for one base period for Triennial Power Distribution System Inspection Services. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The small business size standard is $15.0 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about November 6th, 2017. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
