1 1 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE REV 1 Solicitation VA69D-18-1-1635 Project 676-CSI-001 Construct Warehouse Tomah VAMC, Tomah WI 54660 REV 1: Dis-regard details from FBO Pre-Solicitation, posted October 31, 2017 and replaced with the following information: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete Project 676-CSI-001 Construct Warehouse at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI. This project involves demolition of three existing buildings and the construction a new 9,000 SF precast building. Work includes, but is not limited to carpentry; exterior precast panels, fire proofing, roofing, interior finishes, window and door installations; loading dock system, plumbing, fire protection; HVAC ductwork and piping, controls; electrical power and lighting, security systems, telecommunications, landscaping, sidewalk and pavement. The solicitation, with all detailed specifications and drawings will be posted on www.FedBizOpps.gov, on or about November 13, 2017. The pre-bid conference/site-visit is scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2017. All prospective bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 13, 2017 with the bid opening on or about December 13, 2017. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $36.5 Million applies. Time for completion is 450 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
