Description

Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning The Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has an acquisition to Inspect and Clean 7 Kitchen Exhaust Hoods for the Charlie Norwood VAMC located in Augusta, Georgia. Offerors shall provide a responsible proposal for services as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561790 with a Size Standard of $7.5 Million; the Product Service Codes (PSC) is J073. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside acquisition; all interested SDVOSB sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov to obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date as specified on the solicitation. Offerors are also responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. The facility currently requires a service to inspect, clean and degrease kitchen exhaust hoods to include all ductwork (Ductwork shall not excide more then 150 feet between the two facilities) and stainless steel filters including the kitchen roof fans for the Uptown and Downtown Divisions of the Augusta VA medical center. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and equipment required complete this service.
