- The attached document is the original PWS from the prior Base Laundry Services solicitation. The attached document outlines RFI questions for potential bidders. This Source Sought Notice is for the Government's informational purpose only in conducting market research and lessons learned from solicitation FA5587-17-Q-0025. The 48th Contracting Squadron anticipates resoliciting within the next month for laundry services under the aforementioned NAICS-code. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide laundry services at the established facilities at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall, England. Performance under a resultant contract shall be provided in accordance with the requirements contained in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: The PWS provided is from cancelled solicitation FA5587-17-Q-0025. The government intends to revise this PWS based on the feedback provided through this sources sought to better mirror industry practices. This notice does not constitute a solicitation.
