- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 70218276; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. Item suitable for competitive acquisition, requires engineering source approval by the control activity. Item in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, Cage 78286; Basic Dwg NR 78286 65251-08204 Revision NR J dtd 11/13/1996 Part Number-65251-08204-042 Requirements. Approved Source; Triumph Actuation Systems; Cage 33068; PN 65251-08204-042. Item is Critical Application and Export Controlled. Item is not Commercial. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on Nov 6, 2017. Required delivery objective is 861days total for the followings; Contractor First Article Testing within 431 DARO with a Contractor Production Lot Testing. Government Review &evaluation within 30 days and 400 days for 32 units production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
