Attachment B - Quote Sheet 11_07_2017 Attachment A - Purchase Description 11_07_2017 QMAA-FO-180002-D RFQ 11_07_2017 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of model year 2017 or newer commercial vehicle(s). This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 https://www.acquisition.gov/sites/default/files/current/far/html/Subpart%2012_6.html#wp1088488 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested at this time in accordance with this Request for Quote. All amendments and any other official communications, if any, from the agency regarding this solicitation will be distributed via https://www.fbo.gov or by a means that provides access to the notice of proposed contract action through the Government-wide point of entry. The National Park Service (NPS) through the General Services Administration (GSA) requires two (2) Cape Cod Tram Systems with each system consisting of one (1) Power Car and (1) Trailing Unit, and the requirement also includes an additional Trailing Unit. The TRAM requirements at the component level are two (2) Power Cars and three (3) Trailing Units. Only NEW vehicles will be accepted for consideration.
