- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION; NOT A SOLICITATION. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE NO QUESTIONS OF A TECHNICAL OR CONTRACTUAL NATURE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ANSWERED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This solicitation is anticipated to issue as a Request for Proposal (RFP) resulting in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Request for Proposal is anticipated to be issued on November 21, 2018. The estimated value of this work is less $25,000.00. Proposals received in response to this solicitation shall be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 Best Value. NAICS CODE is 313111. Approximate Period of Performance: Early January through Early February 2018 Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to perform well drilling, casing installation, and well testing at Stephens Creek located 2 miles North of Gardiner, Montana, as follows: Drill water well, install casing and other necessary well items to develop a complete functional well; develop and test water well, and conduct all development and testing to meet State rules and regulations. This well is for irrigation purposes, but shall be disinfected and otherwise developed as a potable water source.
