This sources sought is being issued for planning purposes only and it is not a solicitation or presolicitation notice. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the governement to form a binding contract. THE AIR FORCE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IN RESPONDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. The Combat Camera Squadron is seeking prospective contractors who are able to meet the following requirements in accordance with SH 21-76, AFM 31-28, AFM 7-8, and ATTP 3-06.11. Develop a training plan that provides: 1) Radio communication operating procedures in accordance with regulations and unit procedures. 2) Dismounted Patrols 3) CQB (Close Quarters Battle) 4) Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Recognition Techniques 5) Mounted Operations (CONVOY) 6) TCCC/CLS (Tatical Combat Casualty Care/Combat Life Saving) Additionally, provide hand held radio operations and skills integration and assessment. **CONTRACTORS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM AT THE START OF FEBRUARY 2018.
