Description

COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION SOLICITATION PACKAGING REQUIRMENTS TRANSPORTATION DATA Hard Disk Kit, 1200-500GB capacity, with heater. The drive is ruggedized and removable for added security and storage. Fits in Gammatech Durabook-R8300, GD-Itronix GoBook XR-1 and General Dynamics GD8000 Notebook Computers. Only OEM Disk Drive Unit is acceptable, no aftermarket manufactured equivalent items are allowed. The contractor shall certify and maintain substantiating evidence, that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this commercial item description and that the product conforms to the producer's own drawings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices. The government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may otherwise be provided for under the provisions of the contract.
