Description

WAGE DETERMINATION FOR REFERENCE ONLY SAM REGISTRATION POLICY- REFERENCE ONLY SCOPE OF WORK ADDENDUM SF 1449 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material; equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to clean and apply water repellent on the exterior of Michel Hall, approximately 18,835 SF (Square Feet). All work must be done as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and in compliance with the health and safety requirements listed herein. All submittals as required in the SOW Section 01.33.00 (Submittal Procedures) must be forwarded to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) by email at Thomas.i.huffman@uscg.mil or hard copy for approval or disapproval within ten (10) days after receipt. The project shall be performed at Michel Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320.
