Description

Responses to Sources Sought Notice #9095 Question # 7:   General Pricing.   Do you want general pricing for all of the items being sought or just a few at random general prices from the list? The vendor should submit pricing for all items they can provide. Question: Not all of the items on the solicitation we can provide but the general information on the sonication is to use multiple vendors, how do you want us to indicate items we cannot provide? For items the vendor cannot supply they should mark N/A. Question:   As this is a four year agreement with some items being proprietary, how do you allow for increases on certain products prices that the manufacture may increase prices significantly over the next four years? The vendor should provide pricing for all items they can supply for every year (Base Year + Four Additional Option Years) to include inflation and changes in manufacturing pricing.   As such, if option years are exercised, pricing will be reviewed to determine if it is fair and reasonable.
