Regional Healthcare Contracting Office-Central, Brooke Army Medical Center, intends to award a sole source contract with Cartiva, Inc. for Cartiva Metatarsophalangeal Implants. Cartiva, Inc. is the only vendor with current technology and design to meet the needs of the patient in their current condition. The award will be made on or about 16 Nov 2017. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of ofers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
