Description

FOE J3 Maritme Warning FBO Post The current TO, FA2517-12-D-9000-0013 supporting NORAD J3 (N/J3) with Advisory and Assistance Support provides NORAD Maritime Warning (NMW) planning, development, coordination, collaboration, problem resolution and analysis of plans, policies, and procedures related to the implementation of NMW operations. TO FA2517-12-D-9000-0013 was previously competed and awarded on TA2S Multi-award ID/IQ Contract to Small Business Contractor Intecon, LLC. with a PoP of Base and four (4) Option Years from 1 December 2012 ending on 30 November 2017. Approval of this Fair Opportunity Exception (FOE) will allow execution of a modification to add a 6-month Option Period extending the TO to 31 May 2018 IAW FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The current value of the TO prior to the extension is $1,787,492.08. This extension modification will consist of a Firm-Fixed-Price Labor CLIN 5002 estimated to cost $29,491.62 per month for a total of $176,949.72. In addition, Cost-Reimbursable Travel CLIN 5003 will be added at $10,000 for the 6-month Option Period. Surge Support Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee CLIN 5001 will be included estimated at $3,000. Incorporation of this modification will increase the TO cost by an estimated $189,949.72 if all six (6) month Options are exercised. The modification will be funded with Operations and Maintenance Funds.
