QUESTIONS/ANSWERS 1. Top of pg 3 under Description of Requirement - Development and rollout of a Customer Support Model.  Does this mean online user support and/or a call center? Please clarify what type of customer support is needed.   Answer: That would depend on the implementation the vendor proposes.   This would be a model of technical support, which could include some combination of call-in with hours of availability, multiple tiers, and remote computer control or repair. 2. How can an AI support executive decisions on Federal and State benefits and their interactions? Please clarify what executive decisions are. Answer: Executives and program officers within the VA and state Departments of Veterans Affairs.
