Description
This pre-solicitation notice is for the Holloman Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). This will be a multiple award, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Work to be performed includes all general construction categories under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code Section 23 Construction; Size Standard $36.5M. Scope includes work at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330, and any Federal property within a 100 mile radius of Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330. The maximum-programmed amount (price of all task orders issued to MACC Awardees) is $90 Million. The period of performance is for a twelve (12) month base period and four twelve (12) month option periods. Individual task orders are estimated to be between $2,000 and $5.75 Million and will vary in size and complexity. The government intends to award between four (4) to six (6) IDIQ contracts. A determination for set-aside has not been determined. Small Businesses, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged and Women Owned Small Businesses are encouraged to submit capabilities statements not to exceed 1 (one) page in length to assist the Small Business Specialist in the acquisition set-aside determination. Successful offerors will be selected using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be made available. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site for solicitation posting, updates and amendments to any and all notices/documents. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/index.html. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number form Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three week to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for award. Effective 01 January 2005 the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires the use of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in Federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission process. All prospective contractors submitting an offer in response to the subject solicitation must go to http://www.bpn.gov/ to add or update ORCA records.
